Help without the runaround
A mission may not fit the first time. Skipping is not failure and does not count as a completed mission.
The mission was unclear
Start with the first step only. Skip the other two or let your child lead them. If it is still unclear, tell us the mission title and what was difficult to understand.
My child does not want to continue
Skip the mission without pressure. You will not lose progress and can choose another mission immediately.
The seven-mission email did not arrive
The email set is not available in English yet. Individual missions remain playable without signing up.
Technical problem
Refresh the page and try again. Basic progress is stored only on this device. Do not send your child's name, age or photo in a support message.
