TATAAA! does not require an account or a child's name. We process personal data only when an adult voluntarily requests missions by email.

Data we process and why
When you subscribe, we process the email address, language, consent time, consent-text version and a daily one-way hash of the IP address. We use the data for double opt-in confirmation, delivery of requested missions, consent records and form-abuse prevention. The selected age and situation are stored only in the device's local storage.
Legal basis and retention
Email missions rely on consent. Technical protection of the form relies on our legitimate interest. We delete the contact after unsubscribing or no later than 24 months without activity. The daily IP hash and submission-limit record are kept only for the technically necessary period.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, Make securely transfers the form data and Ecomail manages the list and delivers emails. Google Analytics measures site use only after voluntary consent. We do not send form details to Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. A provider processing data outside the European Economic Area must use valid safeguards under the GDPR.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to hello@mamaaa.eu. You also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Children and automated decisions
The form is intended for adults. We do not request the child's name, email address or other identifying details. We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
